Between January 15-23 I took a "reading and writing" hiatus to
my favorite spot on
Padre Island off the coast of Corpus Christi, Texas. I spent seven
wonderful days in
solitude. My favorite spot on the island is about 34 miles south of Corpus
Christi.
this was my fourth trip. Here are a few photos of that trip.

Writing on my trusty laptop
As the gull was accustomed to flying freely over land and
sea, so the former Southern Baptist Convention was accustomed to moving over
land and sea to spread the message of the Great Commission. This once beautiful
gull was forced to sign the 2KBF&M and promptly died. It depicts the
Southern Baptist Convention after ten years of forcing missionaries to sign the
2KBF&M. Poor gull. Poor SBC... :-(
