Senior Pastor: First Baptist Church of Wilson,
N.C., is seeking a full-time senior pastor. We are
a moderate, downtown church with multiple ministry
affiliations. Our congregation is committed to
historical Baptist principles and supports both
men and women in ministry roles. We believe that a
personal relationship with Jesus Christ should be
reflected in our daily lives. We desire a dynamic
and energetic pastor who possesses strong
preaching skills, a heart for pastoral ministry,
and supports the gifts and ministry of our church
staff and laity. Essential to this role is the
ability to develop and nurture loving
relationships. Candidates should hold a masters or
doctoral degree from an accredited seminary or
divinity school. More than five years of senior
